Why should I use an Inmate Telephone System?

How much money will this system cost?

What is the inmate monopolizes the phone, causing tension?
The system is programmed with a 5 minute limit. This eliminates the ability of one inmate to dominate the use of the phone. Warnings that the limit is being reached is given via an automated operator.
Will the billed party know where the call is from?
Yes. The billed party will hear "you have a collect call from (Inmate's name recorded in his/her own voice) from (your city jail) using Texas Inmate Phones.
Is your system bi-lingual?
Yes. It will ask the Inmate" for English press 1 (or) Para Espanol Marca 2." When the appropriate number is selected, the system continues in that language.
How can I eliminate the inmate's ability to use the phone?
There is a couple of ways to eliminate the use of the phone. If using the PIN system, you can block that PIN number of a specific inmate. Also, Texas Inmate Phones also installs a "on-off" switch panel. This allows you to turn off individual phones.
